California Lifeline Program
The California Lifeline Telephone Program provides discounted home phone service to income qualified households. It is one of several California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) programs that help consumers lower their utilitiy bills. Consumers enrolled in the program pay a fraction of the regular cost of home telephone service from their phone company.
