SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION PROGRAM
CAA's goal with out provided Substance Abuse Prevention program is to decrease underage drinking in Long Beach and to increase awareness. To achieve this goal we disseminating materials at health fairs and partner ourselves with different agencies or organizations to unify the underage drinking coalition. The program provides comprehensive prevention services to build a community with exemplary mental health, low rates of alcohol use, elimination of alcohol use and illicit drug use, and a youth population that abstains from using any illegal substances.
